What's the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium edits? +
Basic edits include clean cuts, transitions, licensed music, and color correction. Standard adds professional color grading, motion text, sound design, and dynamic pacing. Premium is our top tier with cinematic storytelling, VFX, 3D elements, drone integration, and custom sound design.
How does the retainer work? +
Choose a plan (Growth, Scale, or Enterprise) and you get a fixed number of edits each month at a discounted rate. You'll have a dedicated project manager, guaranteed capacity, and faster turnarounds than a la carte orders. Unused edits don't roll over.
What's the turnaround time? +
Turnaround depends on your plan and edit tier. Growth plan: 48 hours for Basic/Standard, 72 hours for Premium. Scale plan: 24 hours for Basic, 48 hours for Standard/Premium. Enterprise: same-day for Basic, 24 hours for Standard, 48 hours for Premium. Rush delivery (12 hours) is available as an add-on.
Can I order edits without a retainer? +
Absolutely. Our a la carte rates are $45 for Basic, $80 for Standard, and $120 for Premium edits. No commitment required — just send your footage and we'll get to work.
What AI features are available? +
We offer AI Live-In Preview ($80/video), AI Virtual Staging ($60/video), and AI Voiceover ($25/video). These can be added to any edit — retainer or a la carte.
What if I need more edits than my plan includes? +
Additional edits beyond your plan are billed at our standard a la carte rates. Or upgrade to the next tier for better value and faster turnarounds.
Does the Enterprise plan include white-label delivery? +
Yes. Enterprise includes full white-label delivery — no VISIO branding. Your clients see your brand's work, not ours. We also set up and maintain brand guides for your account.
